When to hit:

Always you should hit 8 or less

When the dealer will show 7, 2, 8,10,9 and A then hit 9

when the dealer will show A or 10 then hit 10

when the dealer will show A then hit hard 11

when the dealer will show 3,2,7,8,10,9 then hit hard 12

When the dealer will show 8, 9, 7, A or 10 then hit 14, 13, 16 or 15

When to split:

Split - when the dealer shows 4-7 When the dealer will show 4-7 then split 3's & 2's

When the dealer will show 3-6 then split 6's

When the dealer will show 3-7 then split 7's

Always split 8ï's

When the dealer will show 2-9 then split 9's

Don't split 10's, 5's or 4's

always split A's

When to surrender:

When the dealer will show 10, then you can surrender with 15

when the dealer will show A, 9 or 10 then surrender with 16

If you cannot surrender then split or hit in accordance with the basic strategy

Against 10 you can stand or surrender with 7+7

When you should buy Insurance

It is not that intelligent to insurance, because if you do so then you have to face an amount of loss or there will be a chance of facing a loss for you. Notice play when playing, when the dealer is the weakest among all then it is foolishness to do an insurance because when the dealer is the weakest he must have to hit and it is very slight chance for you to have a bust.
