Craps

Craps is considered to be a breathtaking gambling game, which delivers unforgettable and charming atmosphere of casino in full. Usually, it is played with 2 dice, which are thrown by players in turn. Players try to guess what numbers will roll out. It should be mentioned that they don't bet against each other. Moreover, a craps table has a specific layout, where the bets are put on.

How to Play

First of all, to start a game of craps players should put a stake. The player, who is the first to throw dice, is called the shooter. The earliest roll of every round is considered to be the come-out roll.

1. If 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12 appear after the come-out roll, the current round finishes, but the same player starts another one. If any other number rolls out, it is determined as the point. Afterwards, the shooter proceeds to throw the dice till 7 or the point rolls out.
2. If 7 rolls out, it means that the current round finishes and another player appears to be a shooter. It is the player to the left. If the point rolls out, the same player remains the shooter.

It should be noted that a new pair of dice is given to the new shooter. After the shooter has thrown the dice, they must hit against the opposite wall. If a die falls out after the hit, the shooter is given another pair of dice.

Bets in Craps

A great number of bets can be put in craps. Some bets are determined after one round. When a player wins, he is paid according to the payout table. Besides, the bets can be called in different funny ways. For instance, "Yo" wager, if it is put on 11; "ace deuce" bet, if it is put on 3; "craps" wager, if it is put on 2 or 3, or 12.

There are also bets, which are determined in several rounds (For example, "pass line" and "don't pass" bets). If 7 or 11 appear in the come-out roll, the "pass line" wagers are ok and the "don't pass" wagers aren't. If the point rolls out, all these bets are taken into the following round. The shooter proceeds to roll till 7 or the point appear. If the point appears first, the "pass line" wagers win. If 7 rolls out, the "don't pass" wager win.
